Special Edition in collaboration with "Plastic Free Ibiza." "Ajo Negro," the black garlic marinated in salt water, is the European answer to the umami flavor "discovered" in Japan. Nuances of vanilla and plum come through, along with caramel and balsamic vinegar—and also licorice. Our "Mar Blau" composition is versatile: in sauces, aioli, or hummus; it also adds that certain something to a tomato tart or tarte flambée.
