Ground by our "Molinillo" salt mill, you'll get the perfect fine dosage of this particularly mild, fresh, and delicious salt. Because "Molinillo" also has a certain amount of residual moisture, it would always react—even with the finest stainless steel. For this reason, we had to insist on a ceramic grinder for our mill. To further eliminate the vertical metal axis, we opted for an "upside-down" version of the mill, where the salt crystals fall directly into the grinder.
